Present petition under Section 528 BNSS, has been filed by the petitioner vide which he has prayed to direct officials respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action on the representations filed by him. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a conveyance deed was executed in favour of the petitioner, in respect of land, which was earlier owned by the Central Government. This deed was executed in lieu of long, peaceful possession of the petitioner. Since the private respondents were interfering in his peaceful possession, a suit for permanent injunction was filed against them, which was decreed in favour of the petitioner in terms of judgment and decree dated 07.02.2015 by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurdaspur. Appeal filed by respondent No.5, was also dismissed by the learned District Judge, Gurdaspur in terms of order dated 11.07.2017. Grievance of the petitioner is that despite the specific orders of the Court, private respondents are interfering in his peaceful possession.

Several times, the local police officials were requested to look into the matter, but to no avail. Even, the representations of petitioners have not been decided till date. Primarily with this backdrop, the present petition has been HAMANT 2025.09.

Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be given to official respondents to expeditiously decide the representations dated 26.03.2024, 03.05.2025 and 11.08.2025 (Annexures P-2 to P-4) of the petitioner 3.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, without commenting on the merits thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the official respondents to dispose of the representations dated 26.03.2024, 03.05.2025 and 11.08.2025 (Annexures P-2 to P-4), within a period of 4 weeks, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
