At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

However, vide order dated 14.11.2023, dasti notices had been issued, however, it has been reported that no such person resides at the given address.

It's a strange case, where the parties have approached this Court claiming themselves to be living in a live-in relationship but they do not know the correct address of their parents, which is absolutely absurd. 4.

Accordingly, the SHO under whom village Golni, Tehsil Jagadhari, District Yamuna Nagar falls shall inform the parents i.e. respondents No. 4 to 6 with regard to the filing of the present petition and its withdrawal thereof so that the parents are aware with regard to the actions of their children.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 6.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners, in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
