**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2 has placed on record a copy of the order dated 16.12.2022 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Moga vide which claim of the petitioner as regards confirmation against the permanent post as well as the application to apply online for 21 posts of Punjab Civil Services (Executive Branch) under Register A-II Process Year 2021 has been declined. Copy of the said order has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with a liberty to assail the order dated 16.12.2022 in accordance with law.
