Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.28 dated 17.02.2018 registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 506, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 186, however, Section 364 of IPC was added later on, at Police Station Passiana Colony, District Patiala and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court.
