CRM-M No.59391 of 2023 -2Patiala, on behalf of respondent no.1 is on record stating that the parties have not entered into any compromise as after execution of the affidavit Annexure P-3 dated 11.9.2023, the petitioner has not fulfilled his part of compromise.

In the light of above, this petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of alleged compromise/affidavit does not survive, as it is dismissed. 5.
