After arguing for some time by learned counsel for the petitioners, respondent Harjaspreet Kaur, who is present in the Court submitted that she never attempted to take the custody of the minor child forcibly except in due course of law rather she is having recourse to the law in order to get the custody of her minor son. She further submitted that in future she has no intention to exercise force in getting the custody of the minor child and she will follow the rule of law. 2.

Therefore, in view of the submission made by respondentHarjaspreet Kaur, I find that there is no illegality or irregularity in the impugned order.
