This is a revision petition that has been filed with a prayer to condone delay of 09 days in filing of the revision as well as to challenge the orders of ejectment as passed by the Rent Controller, Rewari and subsequently affirmed by the Appellate Authority. 2.

A perusal of the orders passed would show that counsel for the petitioner had made a request for an adjournment, and accordingly the case was adjourned to 18.01.2019, 05.02.2019, 07.03.2019 and 08.04.2019. No one appeared even though the case had been called twice on 08.04.2019, and the case was again adjourned to 26.04.2019. The case was adjourned by the Court on 26.04.2019 on account of the fact that lawyers were abstaining from work and was posted for 12.07.2019, on which date counsel for the petitioner did not appear despite the matter having been called twice. In the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to 02.09.2019, on which date no one put in an appearance and the case was adjourned for today.
