The present petition is for quashing of the order dated 17.11.2015 (Annexure P-5) whereby, the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in FIR No.94 dated 09.06.2008, under Sections 323, 324 and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 28.02.2024, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been granted the concession of bail, hence, the order dated 17.11.2015 (Annexure P-5) is set aside and the present petition stands disposed of.
