RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 89 dated 07.04.2018 registered under Sections 302 and 201 IPC at Police Station Tripari, Patiala and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Since, the police has filed cancellation report in the concerned Court in favour of petitioner, therefore, the instant petition has rendered infructuous and is dismissed, as such.
