RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 as both the petitioners are living in live-in-relationship and further directing respondents No.4 to 6 not to harass or interfere in the peaceful life of petitioners. It is further prayed to direct respondents No.2 and 3 not to entertain any criminal complaint against the petitioners. It is also requested to direct official respondents to decide representation of the petitioners, Annexure P-3 in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
