On 29.09.2025, following order was passed by this Court:- "Petitioner, an accused in case FIR No.155 dated 02.10.2024 registered against her, under Sections 115(2)/118(1)/351(2)/ 3(5) of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Tibba, District Ludhiana, has filed the petition for grant of pre-arrest bail under Section 482 of BNSS.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Only vague allegations have been levelled against him. In any case, even if the allegations levelled against him in the complaint are taken to be true at their face value (though not admitted), only role attributed to the petitioner is that in pursuance of pre-mediated plan, her family members unleashed an attack on complainant. In fact, in the complaint itself it is mentioned that petitioner also suffered injuries while trying to save complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is willing to join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O. In compliance of the previous order, status report dated 28.09.2025 by way of affidavit of Mr.

Sukhdev Singh Brar, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, East, Ludhiana has been filed. The same is taken on record. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI, Kulwinder Singh, No.1299, Ludhiana, has intimated the Court that co-accused Vishal, to whom the injuries have been attributed, is in judicial custody.
