The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 18.05.2022 (Annexure P-9) whereby the petitioner has been awarded punishment. The petitioner is further assailing Appellate order dated 27.07.2022 (Annexure P-11) as well as Revisionary order dated 18.10.2022 (Annexure P-13). 2.

Indubitably, all the orders have been passed in Delhi and petitioner during the period in question was posted at Delhi. The petitioner has invoked jurisdiction of this Court on the sole ground that the petitioner is resident of Gurdaspur (Punjab).

This Court vide order dated 26.07.2023 has declined to invoke writ jurisdiction on the ground that no cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.

On being confronted with aforesaid order dated 26.07.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to distinguish his case and sought permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law.
