The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 340 Cr.P.C. read with Section 195 Cr. P.C. for taking action against respondents No.2 and 3 for mentioning the wrong facts and producing forged and fabricated document i.e., Aadhar Card of respondent No.3 while filing CRWP-9970-2022 titled as "Hanish Kumar and another versus State of Punjab and others", and to lodge FIR under Sections 192, 193, 196, 420, 465, 467, 471, 120-B of IPC. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.
