Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.85 dated 08.12.2022, registered under Sections 324, 34 of the IPC (Section 307 of the IPC added subsequently), at P.S. Tibber, District Gurdaspur.

At the outset itself, the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by S.I. Satnam Singh, informs this Court that the petitioner has been declared a "Proclaimed Person".

In view of the disclosure made by the learned State counsel, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the instant petition. 4.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed, as not pressed. 5.
