This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 02.05.2024(Annexure P-4), passed by respondent No.1, vide which the Sanad Takseem has been issued and order dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure P-9) passed by respondent No.2, vide which the appeal of the petitioners has been dismissed. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedies available as per law. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
