The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS is for quashing of the FIR No.29 dated 07.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 148, 149, 323, 427 and 506 IPC (Section 452, 380 and 34 IPC added later on and Section 148 and 149 IPC were deleted) registered at Police Station, City Narnaul, District Mohindegarh. 2.

None appears for the petitioners despite second call. 3.

A perusal of the orders dated 12.09.2025, 24.09.2025 and 04.12.2025 would show that the counsel for the petitioner is repeatedly seeking time to argue the matter. It appears that he is not interested in pursuing the same.
