The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.193 dated 10.09.2024 under Section 304(2), 126(2), 190, 317(2) of BNS registered at Police Station Division No.6, District Ludhiana. 2.

On the last date of hearing i.e. on 28.10.2024, while noticing the following submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court had granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner and asked her to join investigation: "Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner was neither named in the FIR nor any role attributed to him in the theft of the gold ornaments. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been nominated only on the basis of a disclosure statement allegedly suffered by co-accused, who claimed that the SONIA BURA 2024.11.25 16:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-53696-2024 -2petitioner had purchased the stolen property from him. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has no previous criminal antecedents."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 28.10.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has not disputed the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned State counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, present petition is allowed and interim order dated 28.10.2024 is made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged in Section 482(2) of BNSS/438(2) Cr.PC. (MANJARI NEHRU KAUL) 25.11.2024 JUDGE sonia Whether speaking/reasoned:
