Present petition has been filed for issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners which is in danger in the hands of private respondents No.6 and 7. It is further prayed to issue directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to decide the representation, Annexure P-3.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of their grievances, representation has already been filed before respondents No.2, 4 and 5 on 30.09.2024 but no action has been taken on the same till date.
