The present appeal pertains to the year 2023 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued. None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant on the previous date. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant today as well despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
