This is a contempt petition filed by the petitioner stating that the judgment and decree challenged before a Coordinate Bench, was heard and operation of the judgment and decree was stayed vide order dated 23.02.2023. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is being sought to be dispossessed.

If anyone is attempting to dispossess the petitioner, the remedy lies elsewhere and would not amount to contempt of the order passed by the Court dated 23.02.2023, whereby the operation of the judgment and decree was stayed.
