(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.77 dated 14.02.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 380, 448, 457 IPC, registered at Police Station Faridabad NIT, District Faridabad and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 02.11.2022 (Annexure P-2) effected between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this petition.
