Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to conduct the fair and impartial inquiry by some senior officer in case FIR No. 81, dated 02.07.2023, under Sections 363, 366, 366-A and 506 of the IPC read with Section 120-B thereof, registered at Police Station Amargarh, District Malerkotla.

Learned counsel for the State has informed that Roshan, brother of the petitioner, is one of the accused in the FIR. He has already been arrested. After completion of the investigation,   



has been presented against him.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. 4.
