(/ & '0 Counsel for the petitioners at the outset has pointed out that the provisions of the Rule, which are subject matter of challenge, were considered by the Co-ordinate Bench in CWP No.7271 of 2016 (Dr. Arvind Verma and others Vs. State of Punjab and another) decided on 13.12.2018 and the same were upheld. It has further been pointed out that SLP Nos. 2826-2830 of 2019 have also been dismissed on 27.08.2021. Since the matter has been squarely covered against the petitioners, no case is made out for further consideration. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed.   /**-
