NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of COCP Nos.7142, 9924, 9925, 7144, 7146 of 2018 and 892 and 900 of 2019 as the point involved in all the cases is common in nature.

The contempt petitions are filed for non-compliance of the order dated 04.09.2017.

Separate reply filed by way of affidavit in all the cases are taken on record.

It is stated that interest on some heads have been paid while others are still pending. It is further stated in the affidavits filed today that the same shall be released within four months. The remaining interest be released within the stipulated period of four months failing which the respondents shall continue to pay the interest on the delayed amount for the delay and in addition thereto will also MEENU 2019.04.05 10:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

COCP-7142-2018 and connected cases -2be liable to pay `50,000/- as penalty in case the petitioners are forced to revive the contempt petitions for not making the payment within the stipulated period.
