JASGURPREET SINGH PURI , J. (ORAL ) On the last date of hearing, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on 07.12.2019 and it was further directed that in case the petitioner appears before the trial Court, then he shall be released on interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds/sureties to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced certified copy of order dated 07.12.2019, passed by Judge Special Court, Gurdaspur, and submits that the petitioner has surrendered and has been admitted to bail RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2020.01.09 11:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-51377-2019 (O&M) on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with the one surety each of like amount. Order dated 07.12.2019, reads as under: - "At this stage, file taken up again on application for surrender and bail and for furnishing bail bonds in the light of orders passed by Hon'ble High Court. As order has been confirmed from the office. So, keeping in view of spirit of order in CRM-M-51377-2019, passed by Hon'ble High Court, accused is admitted to bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with the one surety each of like amount. Bonds furnished. Same are accepted and attested. Now, to come up on 03.01.2020, the date already fixed for further proceedings."

Certified copy of the order produced is taken on record. Be placed at appropriate place.

In view of aforesaid position, since the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been admitted on bail, the present petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. January 08, 2020.
