Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.298, dated 10.08.2024, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City Sohna, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1).

Learned senior counsel for the complainant has submitted that the offence under the Prevention of Corruption Act has been added in this FIR on 23.10.2024, which has not been mentioned in the petition. 3.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sunil Kumar, has affirmed the submission made by learned senior counsel for the complainant.
