The present regular second appeal pertains to the year 2024. Vide order dated 12.08.2025 fresh notice was issued to the appellant. As per the Office report, the appellant stands duly served. However, no one has put in appearance on his behalf despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present regular second appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
