Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to conduct fair investigation to decide the complaint/ representation dated 18.09.2019 (P5) and also to take legal action against respondents No.5 to 18 for preparing forged documents and getting the land of Guru Granth Sahib transferred in their name.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
