 Learned counsel submits that the petitioners, who have been engaged as Clerks in the Haryana Roadways in the year 1994, are entitled for regularization in terms of judgment passed in Mahesh Chander and another vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP-22925-2015 and other connected cases, decided on 09.08.2023, Annexure P-6. In this regard, a representation dated 10.07.2024, Annexure P-9, has been submitted however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioners, prays that a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, keeping in view the aforesaid judgment. 2.
