(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the report dated nil (P-15), letter/report dated 11.06.2018 (P-16) submitted to respondent No.2 by respondent No.3 and report dated nil (P-17) whereby the arrest warrant have been issued against the petitioner in FIR No.236 dated 09.06.2015 under Sections 420, 406 IPC, P. S. Safidon, District Jind.

No one has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner. Learned State counsel has brought to the notice that charges have been framed against the petitioner under Sections 201, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and case is now fixed for prosecution evidence on 15.09.2025. In view of the above statement, present petition is dismissed. (
