(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present case is same as in CWP No.29916 of 2019 titled as Sanjay Garg and Anr. vs. State of Haryana and Anr., which is stated to be pending for hearing on 11.12.2019 whereas Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. AG, Haryana has brought to the notice of this Court that aforesaid CWP No.29916 of 2019 has already been dismissed vide order dated 29.11.2019. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition.
