(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 28.04.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Assistant Collector, 1st Grade, Rajpura and order dated 06.03.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are some inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition and certain more documents are required to be attached in support of the prayer made in the writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
