(Oral) The substantial prayer made in the instant petition is as follows :- "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that present petition may kindly be accepted and to a direction to Expedite and to decide the application filed for interim maintenance expeditiously in the Domestic Violence petition under section 17,19,20, 22 & 26 of the Protection of Women under Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in case no DV- 273 of 2022 titled as "Dr Jyoti Yadav vs Nishant Yadav &Ors"pending before JMIC, Gurugram as the interim maintenance application of monetary relief u/s 20 of the act is pending since 2022 in the interest of justice." Keeping in view the nature of controversy involved in the instant petition and the prayer made, this Court does not deem it appropriate to issue notice of the instant petition to the respondents at this stage.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the entirety of facts especially that the application for interim maintenance etc. filed by the petitioner is pending adjudication since 2022, PARVINDER SINGH 2024.10.

CRM-M-53781 OF 2024 this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to decide the said application for interim maintenance etc. within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. Disposed of.
