We propose that the entire grievance of the petitioner may be looked into the by Secretary, Urban Housing Department, Punjab. This proposal is acceptable to both the parties.

In view of above, we dispose off the writ petition with the observation that in case petitioner files a fresh representation before the Secretary, Urban Housing Department, Punjab within ten days from today, same shall be disposed off by the said authority by passing a speaking order within two weeks thereafter.
