(ORAL) The instant petition is for quashing of order dated 24.10.2019 passed by learned trial Court vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in FIR No.47 dated 01.06.2016 under Sections 279, 337, 338, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana Rural. 2.

Since vide order of even date passed by this Court in CRM-M-9205-2024, the FIR in question itself has been quashed, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
