HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE HARPREET KAUR JEEWAN Present:- None for the petitioners.
.
***** HARPREET KAUR JEEWAN J. (ORAL) 1.
No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The same was the situation on the last date of hearing, i.e. 19.04.2024. Even prior to that on 01.02.2024 and 17.11.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
2.
It has been observed in the order dated 21.03.2024 that the offence under Section 376 IPC has been added and offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC read with Section 120-B thereof have been deleted and counsel for the petitioners sought a short accommodation. 3.
Thereafter, no application has been filed for seeking amendment in the present petition.
4.
Learned counsel for the State has further informed that respondents No. 2, 4 and 5 have been declared as Proclaimed Offenders and the final report ('challan') has also been presented, as earlier observed in the order dated 07.12.2023 passed by this Bench.

5.
Today, even on 2nd call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the petition.
6.
Keeping in view the above and the fact that since the final report ('challan') has already been presented but the same has not been challenged in the present petition, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 7.
Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
