(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to consider the application dated 06.04.2017 filed by the petitioner for issuance of letter of intent/stage carriage permit on route no. 218 i.e. Rohtak to Hansi.

Precisely, for the claim in question, the petitioner has already served a legal notice dated 21.04.2022 upon the respondents No.1 and 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case his legal notice dated 21.04.2022 is directed to be decided by the competent JYOTI SHARMA 2022.12.21 17:18 I attest to the authenticity and accuracy of this order/judgment
