Dated Police Station Sections 03.07.2024 Dehlon, Ludhiana 106 of BNS Seeking directions to official respondents to conduct fair investigation in the FIR captioned above and to consider representation dated 26.09.2024 (Annexure P-6), petitioner, who is arraigned as accused, has come up before this Court under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS). 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be contended and satisfied if his representation (Annexure P-6) which is pending with the official respondents is decided in a time bound manner by passing a speaking order. 3.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Sulakhan Singh, submits that representation dated 17.07.2024 (Annexure P3) has been decided and it has been ordered to be filed. Further, on asking of this Court, State counsel has handed over a copy of the decision of the representation to the petitioner's counsel. 4.
