(ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 26 dated 13.3.2019 under Sections 365, 34 IPC and Sections 302, 201 IPC (added later on) registered at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur. In the present case, the FIR was registered on the statement of Balkar Singh on the allegations that the petitioner in connivance with his co-accused has committed the murder of DarshanLal. Charges have been framed against the accused and trial has commenced. No case for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out. The petition is dismissed at this stage.
