This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 31.01.2025 passed in CWP-23847-2018. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of the revised speaking order dated 30.10.2025 today in Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. Needless to say that if the petitioners are still aggrieved, they would always be at liberty to avail their remedies as available in law.
