(Oral) The petitioners have preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioners for approval of joint time table for operation of their bus plying from Talwandi Sabo to Bathinda route and back in accordance with law.

Precisely, for the claim in question, the petitioners have already filed objections dated 24.11.2022 and legal notice dated 29.11.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied in case a time bound direction is given to the respondent No.2 to take note of JYOTI SHARMA 2022.12.22 17:09 I attest to the authenticity and accuracy of this order/judgment
