(ORAL) By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation of complaint dated 19.11.2022, submitted by the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh, Police Station Kathunangal, submits that in pursuance to the aforesaid complaint dated 19.11.2022 submitted by the petitioner, FIR No.21 dated 28.02.2023, under Sections 451, 371 and 324 IPC has already been registered at Police Station Kathunangal, Amritsar against the accused persons.
