That in his aforesaid report dated 20.11.2023, the respondent No. has reported that the enquiry relating to the subject matter of the present has been conducted through S.I Baghel Singh, who ad visited the house of the petitioner No. 1 and recorded her statement, wherein she had stated that she had eloped with the petitioner No. 2 on 01.11.2023 and thereafter, she had returned to her parental house on 11.11.2023 and she do not have any threat from the respondent No. 4 to 8. has been further reported that the statements of the respondent No. 4 and 5 have also been recorded, who have stated that the petitioner No. 1 is living happily with them and they will not harass her in any way.

That S.1 Baghel Singh also went to the house of petitioner No. 2 to record his statement but the pettiner No. 2 was not found present at his house. Therefore, the statement of father of the petitioner No. 2 namely Sarwan Singh has been recorded, who had Stated therein that the petitioners Nos. 1 and 2 had eloped on 01.11.2023 but his son (petitioner No. 2) has not returned home since then but he is in regular touch with his son through telephone 5.
That the respondent No. 3 has further reported that keeping in view the aforesaid circumstances, it has been found that the petitioners do not apprehend any threat at present and if in future, there will be any threat to their life and liberty, security will be provided accordingly.
