Main case Seeking quashing of the above captioned FIR, petitioners have come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 528 BNSS 2023. 2.

Mr. Imran ahmed Ali, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 filed his memo of appearance which is taken on record. He further submits that he has no objection if the present FIR is quashed.

However, counsel for the State has pointed out contradictions in the prayer Clause and annexures of the petition.

At this stage, petitioners' counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh.
