(ORAL) Reply by way of an affidavit of Ravi Sher Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Divison Khadur Sahib, Camp at Goindwal Sahib,District Taran Taran has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The same is taken on record. As per the affidavit the allegations levelled by the petitioners against the private respondent Nos. 4 to 7 are found to be false. Mr. Harpal Singh Sidhu, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent No5. He has filed his Vakalatnama. The same is taken on record. After going through the reply, statement is made by learned counsel for the petitioners that he wishes to withdraw this petition. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
