In view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy of appeal against the impugned orders dated 10.07.2024 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) passed by the learned Assistant Collector, Ist Grade-cum-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Fatehgarh Sahib; within a period of two weeks from today, in accordance with law. 3.1 In case, any such appeal is filed within the stipulated period of two weeks from today then the petitioner would also be entitled to file an appropriate application seeking condonation of delay in filing the said appeal; considering the fact that the matter had been pending consideration before this Court.
