ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 29.09.2022 vide which it was directed that the petitioner would be granted provisional NOC and permitted to undergo Senior Residency Course at their own risk and responsibility and the said order will not create any equity in their course.

Counsel for the State submits that the compliance order has been passed on 09.01.2023, vide which the petitioners No.1 to 3 have been granted requisite NOC whereas it is stated the petitioner No.4 cannot be considered as her case does not fall even in the ambit of the draft policy.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order, if so advised.
