Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of para 1 on merits of reply dated 12.04.2024 filed by Deputy Commisssioner, Rohtak, he would submit an online application as required, in terms of memo dated 05.07.2022, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that from the date of receipt of the application, a decision on it shall be taken in accordance with law within a period of 2 months, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
