(ORAL) The present contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 02.05.2018 vide which a direction was issued to offer appointment to the petitioner for heavy vehicle driver. Reply filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. As per the reply, the petitioner has been offered appointment as Heavy Vehicle Driver on 16.05.2019. Copy of the appointment letter is annexed as Annexure R-1.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. May 24, 2019 ( NIRMALJIT KAUR ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
