(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.302 dated 15.10.2019 under Sections 363, 366-A IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Dabwali, District Sirsa. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Karambir, submits that in the aforesaid FIR, cancellation report has been prepared on 11.01.2020.
